At Richfresh, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your luxury piece isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-tailored garments and bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the garment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
